Chromebook Warranty Information
- We offer a 1-year warranty on LCDs, digitizers, top covers, and many of our most popular products.
- We offer a 120-day warranty on batteries, adapters, and motherboards.
- We offer a 60-day warranty on tools.
- We offer a 30-day warranty on Grade B products.
- Due to safety concerns, we do not accept returns of COVID-19 supplies or personal protection equipment (PPE).
- The 1-year warranty covers manufacturer defects/workmanship, and does not include cracks or incidental damages.
- All parts must have been purchased from eduPARTS.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we allow 3 business days for you to contact Customer Service to file a claim.
- All parts with obvious installation damage will not be accepted.
- Upon return, parts are to be sent back in "like-new" condition (as feasible).
